My S10 Samsung Member apps have no gallery and community option. What is the problem? anyone tell me about solutions

1. long press on Samsung members app> app info > storage> clear cache and clear data.
if not work then do this.
2. settings -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset Settings -> click on reset settings

restart the app...remove app cache...or maybe network problem?
