What are the actual responsibilities of Samsung Brand Ambassadors in the Members community?


A person has been posting spam in the community for the past several days. I reported him and also made a post on the matter yesterday and one of the Brand Ambassador even told me that he will look into it seriously. But so far nothing has happened in this matter.

Even though there are so many Brand Ambassadors, can't they ban someone who posts spam? Is this so much difficult work that they cannot do it?

Most of the Brand Ambassadors never post any helpful articles or share a product review or provide any kind of help to the members community. They are never active in the community and never reply to anyone's post. Then why they have been made Brand Ambassadors? What was the meaning of making them Brand Ambassadors?

If Brand Ambassadors will not work in such a matter, then where else will they come in handy? So what are their actual responsibilities?
