As per above reference mail and ticket number, I given my mobile to the service for last 24 days before. as per last mail reference, I went to collect the mobile from service center (ISAI ELECTRONICS, TENKASI. SERVICE CENTER NO # 0008335036). But, Mobile not yet ready. your web site showing completed. but, Service center saying it will take another one week. Which is true? and service center people not give the proper answer and no respect. kindly look in this issue and resolve the problem. As you know, Current COVID issues, many schools online class on going, My kids loosing education last 24 days because of dont have mobile and my business also suffering. So, Kindly fix it in higher priority base or provide the new another mobile and help.
