Bro, look at his shared images. Its running on 2.5 UI based on OS 10. His device not eligible for OS update so, he will not get UI 4.1. However, he must get security update. Don't know whats wrong with it. Mighty be his device not eligible for security update after 1 Jan 2021 security update 🙄
