Looks like advertisement.. some app might cause it.. look for which app can cause it..

Leave it.. try this go to settings> Connections> More connection> Private dns> Private dns host name, type dns.adguard.com and saveScreenshot_20211223-104340_Settings_31773_1640236420.jpg

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
