On what criteria we are getting promoted to active level

Does anybody know on what criteria we are getting upgraded to different active level. It's been 2 monthe when i bought my first samsung📲 in the first i got promoted to active level 4 only and it got stucked i think there only.😅

It's complicated brother. No one knows this for sure. I was stuck in level for some time but then suddenly I got promoted to 7 and 8 so fast that I didn't even notice Level 7.
