On what criteria we are getting promoted to active level

Does anybody know on what criteria we are getting upgraded to different active level. It's been 2 monthe when i bought my first samsung📲 in the first i got promoted to active level 4 only and it got stucked i think there only.😅

I also got stuck at active level 6.
Samsung members team replied that
Time is one of the criteria.
But it has been 2 months I am on active level 6
My account Almost completed 4 month

Don't know why people follow me 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 most of the time people follow me then unfollow me....
Some users have 3000+ followers

3000!! They must be posting more photos then or they would be girls. Don't get me wrong but I have noticed even here, girls with no posts and solutions have more followers than a boy who posts and provides solutions everyday!
