My s21 FE 5g is not compatible with jio true 5g

When I put jio 5g welcome offer activated sim my phone get 5g network but when I put my regular jio sim , when my jio app going check whether my mobile is 5g or not their it shows my device is not 5g

We baught this mobile for getting good 5g speed & betterr service but what we getting mobile phone with lower brand value & low budget get good 5g & we are not.

My brother's One plus nord 2 is working with jio 5g while my Samsung S21 FE isn't, why even Samsung m52 is working

Yes jio 5g works properly in nord 2 because nord 2 get separately update for 5g settings

Anynody tried to put a working 5G sim in the S21 Fe and see if it's working with JIO , i think once the sim is activated it will work.
