To activate Contacts' notification, follow these steps:
1 Tap Settings
2 Tap Apps
3 Tap Contacts
4 Tap Notifications
5 Activate Contacts' Notification by sliding the lever
Tap switch to activate it
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/).
