Sir maine 64 gb ka memory card purchase kiya hai but mujhe jo space available hua h wo 59.6 gb availbale hua hai remaing 4.4 gb space kha gya

The real reason is memory card manufacturers calculate 1GB=1000MB=1000000000 Bytes

But phone/computer calculates 1GB=1024MB=1,073,741,824 Bytes

So, 64GB memory card = 64,000,000,000÷1,073,741,824 = 59.6GB for phone
