Previously I had galaxy j7 max which started getting problems and shut down out of no where so it was given to repair but when it started taking long time and they told us that the phone has more problems then before we started suspecting that there was something wrong so we asked for the device back the way it was and when we gave the phone to another store which was not Samsung care center they told us that the phone had no camera, motherboard and display in it which was shoking because we were not told about it that the care center removed original parts of the phone after that we gave up and brought galaxy m30s and it got a little bit problem of display because it got wet while jogging with a little bit of sweat so we again gave it to Samsung care center they checked it and *said there is a problemin display only* and said it will take time for the display to arrive so the day display arrives we will immediately fix it and you will get your phone the same day so I got a call for them yesterday saying that now your motherboard and charging port also has a problem I don't trust Samsung this time if you don't assure me that it's my device and it has all original parts I won't ever trust Samsung again and won't even suggest anybody else.

I thought the same that's why even after what they did to galaxy j7 max we trusted them and bought galaxy m30s and right now I myself have and is using galaxy m31s the m30s belongs to my dad

bro i have Samsung galaxy m30s
and i have problem isue in my phone
my flesh light didn't work
and not support fast charging
so i go to the service and told
them my phone's problems
they update new software and did the best but
my problem didn't solve
so they told me that
we want to open your phone and check the problem
they told me
that
if there is physical damage
or water damage
you need to pay
and if didn't
any of them
we repair your phone free of cost
i say ok check it
then they check it
it may time take up to 20 min
and they call me and tell me to come service centre i go to service centre
and they told me that your phone didn't have any physical or water damage in your phone
so they told me to come tomorrow
the next day they call me that sir
your phone ready
i was gone
and they told me that sir we change your mother port they didn't work well
and they also told me that
sir we also change your charging port
we don't give you any chance to complain about our work..😅😅😅
and i am soo happy
that my phone have didn't any isue after repair
they told me that if your phone didn't have warranty then the charges is 4800
they
do there best work
and i am soo happy i didn't have any problem in my phone
