I am a note10plus user and im not getting updates from last 3 months

I have bought note10 plus in samsung sure loan and i m not getting any sercurity updates and latest updates from last 3 months. Why the hell is happening and their is not update till now and i need you to find the solution as asap. What is the use of buying a premium mobile of worth 80k? Revert my solution asap

January patch is the latest update for note 10. Go to settings > About Phone > Software Information. And check your patch level.
Also try checking for software update manually
