Just bought the new device 2 days ago. Very disappointed after promixity sensor problem came up. Screen goes black. After pressing the home button the screen wakes up but becomes unable to be operated.
Same problem occurs when listening to the WhatsApp voice messages. As the voice note is played the screen goes dead. It's so frustrating.
