I purchased a Z-Flip phone in Sep 2020. The phone wasn't working properly there was a light coming through the centre of the phone. I reported it to my service provider "EE". I was told to contact Samsung direct it would be quicker if it has to be repaired. The phone was collected by Samsung. on the 14th of Dec.2020. Two days later I received a call from Samsung repair station requesting £99 to repair the fault. I had no choice but to pay I wanted my phone back ASAP as I was using it for my business as well. The phone didn't come back to me till 2nd weeks of Jan 2021. the corners of my phone were damaged and the sim card tray was missing. I contacted Samsung I made a complaint and I explained how appalling their service was. Samsung apologised and promised me to send me one. Ten days later I received a wrong tray. I went back to Samsung Customer service spoken to a lady who had an attitude and told me it would take 28 days till I receive it. I said I am paying £92 per month for this phone, I will claim this money from Samsung. She said they are not responsible for any losses or damages. Now two month which I don't have my phone and have to wait another 28 days. isn't it disgusting? I used to have Samsung S5,S7, S9+ they all **bleep**. No more Samsung.
