We bought a 80000 fridge trusting their company nd brand bt some rare issue occurred wuth the fridge and now they arent helping us. When asked for the compensation amount they tried to give us their voucher. How can i again trust them with the product when they arent even helping us. Our fridge has stopped working nd its making strange sounds. If something happens then they will be responsible. We asked them to provide 75 percent of total amount which is a fair deal.
