some galaxy devices not get yet pie updates and you tell about Android Q.
i think samsung release Android Q in 2020.

The update is in Beta Stage. Currently, Beta 4 update is available only for Google Pixel devices. Samsung devices will start receiving updates from End Dec 19. Keep it in mind that not all Samsung devices will receive the update. Only the Flagship models released this year and last year along with mid range devices.

plz don't compare samsung with one plus because oneplus releasing 2 phones in a year and giving software update is very easy but samsung releasing around 10-15 devices with different optimisations
