Copyright, is basically gives the rights and ownership to the Owner to protect original Works such as Images, Videos, Designs etc.
Copyright applies to both published and Unpublished piece of work. The moment you publish, click, design or edit, you're protected by copyright unless and until you've given rights to some companies or anything like that to use your Images.

- The right to reproduce the copyrighted work.

- The right to sell, or distribute copies of copyrighted work.

The Copyright Act of India, provides copyright protection in India, it confers protection in the following two forms.
1. ECONOMIC Rights of the Owner.
2. MORAL Rights of the Owner.

The Answer to this Question is "when you have the authorization" from the creator/owner/author of the content.
Copyright Infringement In INDIA
The owners can take legal action against any person who infringes on the copyrighted work/content. The owner can file a case in a court having jurisdiction and is entitled to remedies by way of injunctions, damages and accounts.
What are the punishment for Copyright Infringement?
If anyone knowingly infringes the copyrighted work then such offence is a criminal offence under this act. The criminal will be entitled to Imprisonment for Six Months with a minimum fine of Rs. 50,000/- and if the person repeats the crimes, the minimum punishment is Imprisonment for One Year and fine of Rs 1 lac.
So, it's better not use a copyrighted Image or content of anyone without the owners permission, specifically on platform Like "Members App"
