Hello,
Many users said that they wanted to replicate the editor settings applied to one image, on other images. We went through a lot to respond to the requests of multiple users and came up with the new ‘copy paste effects’ in the update this time. Introducing the new copy paste effect. As the name suggests, it copy pastes edited content as it is.
- Copy effect: Copies the filter and color effects applied to a picture
- Paste effect: Pastes the copied filter and color effect
You can use this feature to copy the filter or color effect applied to a particular picture (under edit or an edited picture) regardless of the picture itself.
You can paste the copied effect to all pictures (except GIF). But note that all other filters or effects will be replaced using the copy paste effect.
In case you copied just the filter or the color and are pasting it on a picture which has a filter and color already applied to it, only the copied effect will replace the corresponding effect. The configuration value of the other item (the one not copied) will remain the same.
You can find these two features in the ‘More’ option of ‘Photo Editor’ and in the ‘Gallery’.

Also, you can paste the effect copied from the gallery to not just one image, but multiple images all at once.

※ This feature is available in the Flip5 and Fold5 models. They will also be supported in One UI 5.1 models and above, successively. It may not be supported in some models depending on the specs.
