How to install Bixby in Samsung Galaxy j7 16.

1. Open settings>apps>Briefing>Disable.
2. Download and install 'Bixby Home' App From
     Here
4. Restart Your phone.
5 pinch home screen
And Activate Bixby 

If it doesn't start Go to app settings and force stop and clear data. 


(It worked in my J7 16. I don't know about other devices)

Conclusion: It comes handy in some times like play music without going to app watch fb notifications etc
