How can i use Bixby Voice assistance in my Samsung Galaxy A15 5G ??

How can i use Bixby Voice assistance in my Galaxy A15 5G ?? Because when my Galaxy Apps were recommending to make a samsung Account they showed benefits in which there was clearly written that 

Bixby Assistance - Do more with Bixby 

I even have screenshots !!! So just to check how intelligent My Bixby assistance is, i made a Samsung Account ... Now i am finding so hard for more than a hour but not getting Bixby App ... and after Going to Samsung Internet i found that i will need to Link services ... 

Now how to link services ???

Go to Settings ---> Advanced Features ---> Bixby
Then set up Bixby.
You can also wake Bixby by pressing and holding the Power button. For that first
Go to Settings ---> Advanced Features ---> Side button ---> Scroll down and find 'Press and hold' ---> Wake Bixby.

Bixby Voice Assistant is not compatible with your device.

But they have shown that you will be able to use those features once you have samsung account !!!
I have 3 screenshots for Evidences ... one of it , i have already uploaded ...
And do you know how to link services ????
