Bixby routine not allowing me to reverse wifi condition

Earlier I was able to do the above routine and toggle wifi when it's strength was low

When routine ends option does not appear when wifi strength option is selected 

Please fix this

I tried it, but still not working
Whenever I add Wifi in the 'THEN' option, the Reverse action option dissappears
