While in zoom participants cannot hear my voice

Hello Team,

I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0" 32 GB Android 9.0 Pie Tablet Black (2019) - SM-T290NZKAXAR  . I bought in May 2021.

Though my microphone works during the interactive device test, while am on Zoom or Google Meet the participants cannot hear my voice.
I have ensured the Microphone and Camera are allowed for Zoom/Google Meet. I also did a factory reset.

It is not just for my device, my sister also bought the same on same day and she too have this problem

Could someone please help me ?
