Earlier it was in January, then with the launch of S25 and now in April. I am very much again it will be extended for sure.

There's no way to enrol for the beta program anymore as the beta program is full for S24 series. However you will get the stable update of One UI 7 in April as it has been officially confirmed by Samsung.
