Mobile networks and battery life issues

I am using Samsung a750f. Before it's working good  but after update android 10 I am getting network issues and I can't able to use internet. I think may be my sim cards issues so, i change to new but i am getting same issues.

Note-: same sim cards I will put another device like vivo and mi it's working good. But why not Samsung  ??.

And, my device taking 4 hours above to get full charge.

Please suggest

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
