I use Samsung s23 purchased on 30 April 2023 and I have problem in it, iam not receiving any update since then I have even visited service center even they say we don't know about the problem, they will update my my phone using system update and they Wil two, three hours for that process it's a headache for I can't go to service centre every time I want to do software update plz guys someone give me solution or tell. Me tell me how to give complaint to Samsung company plz

Try connecting your phone to your PC or laptop and install smart switch app in it and check for update there.

I have ui 6.1 April update I had gave phone to service centre to update that's last update

Maybe your phone is rooted and you need to flash official firmware from samsung. I can help you in this if you want
