Bluetooth application missing

The bluetooth application under system apps is missing, and bluetooth is not working. Can anyone help please ?

Select settings>applications>click at 3 dots>here select show system apps>now scroll down to bluetooth

Also perform network reset settings
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings

thanks for getting back, but the problem is I cant see the bluetooth application itself over here to reset.
