No Screen Awake if Any notification comes

Hi guys I required your assistant let me know if you know the solution see whenever any notification or message comes my screen not awake means even in notification comes screen remains of my mobile is Samsung Galaxy A26 I did all the settings my all settings are correct even though I have watch many YouTube videos regarding this date the setting as per said in the videos but not getting any solution please let me know if you have any answer thank you

Show content when unlocked this option is not exist in samsung a26 ... This screenshot has been taken from A25...thats reason there no screen awake if any notification or on lock screen not coming ...

This is a very serious BUG @samsung requesting you to look into it once

I just noticed this issue on my new A26 phone , whenever the screen is off no edge lighting notification or nothing,  and always on display is missing too
