White Screen Issue

Woke up this morning to my phone having been white screened. It fixed itself after restarting it twice but then happened again later on during the day and fixed itself yet again. What could be the probable cause here and how do I stop this from happening. Please help! Thanks.

Hi I had the same problem, it was a third party app causing the problem, I deleted it problem solved

Any idea on what that app could be?

Hi Madara7519.
You can turn that OFF in SETTINGS by going to:
1.SETTINGS.
2.scroll to DIGITAL WELLBEING AND PARENTAL CONTROLS.
3.select BEDTIME MODE.
4.then you can TURN OFF all the TOOGLES there.
