How to Boot into Safe Mode to Diagnose App Issues

Purpose:
Safe Mode disables all third-party apps and runs only the system's core functionalities. This helps identify if a third-party app is causing issues.

Steps to Enter Safe Mode:

1. Turn Off Your Device: Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.

2. Restart into Safe Mode:

Press and hold the Power Off option until you see "Safe Mode."

Tap on "Safe Mode" to confirm. The device will reboot into Safe Mode.

3. Verify Safe Mode: You’ll see a "Safe Mode" label at the bottom left corner of the screen.

What to Do in Safe Mode:

Test your phone for the issue (e.g., lag, crashes).

If the problem doesn’t occur, a third-party app is likely the cause.

Uninstall recently installed apps one by one to identify the problematic app.

Exiting Safe Mode:

Restart your phone normally to exit Safe Mode.
