I set all settings for vibration but its not vibrating, l contact Samsung agent and advised me to reboot the phone but nothing has change.
Can someone help me to let my phone vibrate

Dial *#0*# (Samsung diagnostic menu) and tap Vibration.
If the phone does not vibrate during the test, it could be a hardware issue.
If it vibrates, the issue is software-related

Boot your phone into recovery mode:
Turn off the phone.
Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition, then press Power to select.
Reboot the phone.

Press and hold the Power button.
Long-press Power off and select Safe Mode.
Test vibration. If it works, uninstall recently installed apps that might interfere with vibration.
