Irritated with Samsung mobile for neglecting SA users!

Why is it that Samsung Galaxy users in South Africa is overlooked when it comes to Beta software updates etc?

Seems like the South African market segment is not appreciated iWonder?

The rest of the world are enjoying a host of features and updates way before we even start thinking of when it will get to SA!

I hope other members will add and comment to this because that is the only way to address an issue and hopefully find joy for us all!

I feel that is one of the critical roles of Samsung Members, not only to emphasize the good but to raise negative matters as well with the end goal of resolution!

I also agree with what you're saying. If you go back in time (27.09.21) have a good look at the comments made by user Pierre 44mp. His comments attracted 529 views. So, people are definitely reading about this topic. I put my 5 cents into it as well.

Thank you all for the support thus far, I hate to complain but I am glad I made the post seeing there are other members sharing my unhappiness.

I switched over from iOS about 4 months ago to android (Samsung). I am currently still running my iPhone 12 mini for the odd feature/authorization but it is too a minimum.

I never though for a second Samsung would win me away from Apple but they did! Great all round experience, features and integrations, only need to get to Apple's processor quality and there will be no doubt android and Samsung is second to none.

This post is however a mindshifter again back towards the Apple side, I can say with all confidence that Apple rolls out updates and features to the entire user base and not in a way that makes certain groups feel left out or inferior. Apple gives you that feeling of an appreciated, valued and worthy user to their brand and family. I am not getting this from Samsung unfortunately.

I would say it is imperative that Samsung SA explain the situation to us or we must resort to a boycott action as done with so many previous SA companies' who ignored or mistreated the loyal consumers of SA!?

Is this toouch too ask for seeing what we spend on mobiles/subscriptions etc these days?

Also add Good Guardians to the list. (Used to called Galaxy Labs). It would be better if it is renamed to Guardians of the Galaxy.
