The problem it's when you transfer like a document or application it stops halfway through the transfer process tried to restart it but nothing improved
It might be your sd card or the app you want transfer is not supported for transfering to SD card.You need to force allow apps to external storage in developer options.Thats what I know as for documents i dont understand why thats is a problem
