Charging fault

My phone turns screen on constantly when charging until it is full and it charges slow even with a fast charger.what could be the issue

Do you have your AOD on when charging or is it off?

Its off coz i have put on power saving mode on

Putting on power saving mode doesn't automatically turn off AOD, you have to go to power saving mode menu in settings and toggle the turn off AOD switch on

Settings>Device Care>Battery>Power Saving>Turn off AOD> turn on the switch....... if it's already turned on then it could be something else

On the issue of charging does it indicate that it's charging fast or?

It indicates that its charging fast

It could also be a faulty travel adapter, it can cause that too

If not take the warranty way as suggested earlier
