Just wanted to showcase this amazing phone with the new Gen 2 chip. Been a Samsung user my whole life. They finally worked out the kinks on this model.

6 months in and I get a 9 to 12 hours screen on time with full functionality use... no downgrading video quality, speed, refresh rate, none of that battery saving mambo jambo.

Samsung did something right with the S23 Ultra.

My advise:
Don't be afraid of using full capabilities, the phone will learn, adapt and optimize for peak performance. If you paid for the functionality, use it!

Good buy hey, such great battery life and you have it set normal and not on dark mode so that 5000mah Battery is really working fantastically.

But whats the use of having a 3088×1440 resolution screen when most movies and shows stream and are available in 1920x1080 plus compression. So i bet a full hd movie must look real terrible on that phone unless you change your resolution on your phone.I have a full hd+ resolution display and already full hd most times looks average.Quad Hd+ is just overkill

I get you, I was always a fan of stock standard FHD+. But then one day I said let me try it out.

I than tried to move back after a week of use. I couldn't believe the difference. Slightly for movies yes. But when it comes to the pictures you take or view. The pixels are at least 4 times more then the standard which gives you a very sharp crisp experience.

When I noticed no battey life lost using higher pixel density, I just stuck with it I guess.

Worth a try...
