For a step countt of 2556 the calorie burnt is showing 2556 Kcal

Can anyone please help me with improper calorie burnt. For a step of only 2556, calorie burnt shown in 2456 Kcal

Now this thing need to be resolved. Its showing 25 Kcal without any step taken

I use galaxy watch active, does it have anything to do with it?

After doing that, clear data and cache, this is what it is showing

And no samsung the procedure provided by you didnot work. I removed all the caches and force stopped it. and my phone is running on latest update.
