I'm getting same problem after oreo update on my Samsung s8 plus.My phone is rebooted every half an hour some apps are missing in oreo.when will resolve this issue

yes after oreo update my samsung s8 plus facing same problem yesterday onwards.I don't know how to resolve it please anyone give solution

Guys I purchased S8 plus at Dubai and i gifted to my brother he is living at India.He opened the Samsung pay app it has shows United Arab Emirates only use this app,there is no option to use this app at India. anyone have solution for this?
