It should allow other company devices to share the files on samsung devices and vice versa. It should create a local ip so that other device can use that ip on browser and start downloading the files without installing this app on another device.

Today i faced the same issue but again the network came back automatically... If we are facing such issues now itself then i doubt whether it will be able to handle 4 os upgrades or not.
