My phone suddenly shuts down when I fold it. Nothing else wrong with the phone. Is this a common issue with flip phones and can it be fixed? Now I can't really call it a flip anymore. Samsung you should do better.
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
