I received my earbuds today, which was quite exciting until I experienced connection issues with 1 of the earbuds . Only 1 is working, the other one does not even show that it is working or not. It does not connect to the phone. I have tried various options to try connect it but still no luck. I cant even update the earbuds software because it requires that both earbuds be connected to the phone

How do I get to ask for assistance beyond customer helpline? I need senior assistance with getting deluvery of my earbuds. It's been a year now. Samsung & Vodacom messed up on the initiation of the promotion and now neither takes any responsibility or action. As the customer I'm completely on the loosing end. Nobody gives a toss.
Anybody KNOW anyone who can assist? (jezlav5@gmail.com)

I must say, it's a process that needs extreme patience. you have to try the same method over and over until the other bud shows that its charging.
This is what i did:
1. Ensure that the case is 100% percent charge.
2. Insert only the 1 bud thats not working inside the case. The LED inside the case will turn red, then quickly turn green.(this indicates the bud is still not charging).
3. now, press on the touch pad and keep your finger on the touch pad. you will see the LED flashing. When it flashes and stays on red this is sign the bud is charging.
4. Move your away, the LED must remain remain red to show that the bud is charging.
5. Leave it to charge for a while, thereafter try to connect the buds again to your device.
