I mostly use only the right earbud to pause and skip tracks. What bothers me is that I can't double tap the left earbud to open spotify or Bixby. I feel like this is such a simple feature that would be easier to use than the double tap the edge feature.
These features will vary by device and software version. Launching Spotify from the earbuds is not available on iOS devices or on the original Galaxy Buds. However, With your earbuds' touchpads, all the controls you need are at your fingertips. If touches are not recognized, you can check if Block touches has been accidentally enabled in the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap the switch next to Block touches to turn it off.
Note: If the touchpad control option is set to a different function, the volume can only be adjusted on the connected device.
