Contacts not syncing to watch

I'm using a galaxy watch 5 paired to galaxy S24 Ultra. Both the devices are running the latest firmware and apps. Also checked multiple times that the permission for contacts is allowed to the Wearables application. Still the contacts are not syncing, hence no caller name on watch when anyone calling, no call history in the watch phone app and no contacts seen on the watch contacts app.

Kindly visit the service center directly.

I found the solution after trying several times, time reset, and visit service center
Solution: Just let both phone & watch charges together with wifi terned on
The devices should be locked it will sync after 2 hrs

Tried it this morning, both watch and phone on charge for around 1.5 hrs. Unfortunately didn't work for me.

Try one more time overnight, if did't work format the watch and uninstall the wearable app then setup as new hope it works for you
