Whatsapp error on galaxy watch 5 pro

Hello,

I just bought galaxy watch 5 pro, and installed whatsapp on it but I can't view any images on it or even download voice messages. 

When I try to send voice notes it takes hours to be sent or never be sent eventually. 

I tried resetting, updating, and enabling media download on whatsapp but still no use. 

Please advise if u know any solution.. Thanks

Kindly make sure that you're using the what's app official version not the what's app+ or any other versions. However, we recommend clearing cache the app from the settings > apps > choose the app > storage > clear cache. Also, uninstalling the app, and reinstall it. Otherwise, we recommend referring to the what's app support team for further assistance.

Iam actually using the official version, and also tried clearing cache, installing and uninstalling multiple times but no use unfortunately
