Watch 5 temperature sensor update

I know samsung stated that there would be an update for the watch 5 allowing the temperature sensor to actually work properly but I'm not sure when this is supposed to release. Could someone let me know when this will be?

As far as I am aware it should arrive with the new watch os update - in a week or so.
