SpO2 availability in SA on Watch 4

When is this feature comming to SA Samsung?

The us advertised as a feature of the watch, but it is disabled in SA, why?

When is it going to be enabled?

Probably never. Been waiting for over 2 years now...yet the galaxy watch 5 is enabled.

And this morning, after a Samsung Health update I have a SpO2 reading for last night's sleep

I see it as well. But random tracking not visible on the watch.
