First check if you have any updates pending in your Galaxy Store then do it then Go to but if not still First close everything in the background then Go to settings then go to apps then go to if its not there then go top right corner the three lines then select show system apps then go to Android system WebView clear cache data force stop everything but do not disable and do close the settings app and the WebView app in the background then go to Play Store then update it.

Hi there,

Please try these steps to see if it helps fix the issue:

Go to...

-Settings

-Apps

-From Your apps right menu (with arrow sign) choose Show system apps

-Samsung Health

-Storage

-Clear cache & Clear data

Otherwise, you can download the Smart Tutor app. from Google play store then to call us in order to better help you remotely.

I'm also receiving this error.  If I clear data won't that erase all the logs and information I entered into the app? I cleared cache and tried uninstalling/re-installing the app and still received the 0x0b error.   Samsung Support please help!

Had the same problem. It was the problem with my WiFi. Worked fine when switched to mobile data.

I'm having the same issue. Has anyone found a solution?

I've tried checking for updates, clearing cache/data, reinstalling, updating my device to the current update all with no luck.

Try reset to factory settings but ensure proper back up

Setting - About phone - Reset

This worked for me and I hope this can save someone else time and frustration:

Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache and Data, then try opening the app again.

Hi,

I am having the same problem. I cannot open the Samsung Health app on Samsung S21FE with Galaxy 4 watch Classic.

It comes up with the following:

Can't set up app

Server error occurred. Try again later.

(#random hex number that changes every time#)

I've tried all the advice on multiple chats including this one.

Any help would be great. Not getting the use out of my watch or phone.

Thanks.
