Samsung Galaxy Ring Battery Problem

Hi Community,

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Ring since November 2024, and until recently, I was quite satisfied with its performance—especially the battery life, which easily lasted 4-5 days on a single charge.

However, over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a sudden drop in battery performance. Now, it barely lasts 2 days, even with the same usage patterns. No new apps or major settings changes have been made, so I’m unsure what’s causing this.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue recently?
Is this possibly related to a firmware update or a battery degradation problem?

Would appreciate any insights, tips, or official response from the Samsung team.

Battery life drop to last one day only and before it was 5 to 7 days!!!

Take it to Samsung Service Center they will replace the battery module.

What they told you exactly the problem?

Because what I know it's sealed epoxy and not repairable
