I neex help please, I bought the Samsung Galaxy (42MM)LTE Multisport GPS Watch but I am not able to add my mobile plan to link and activate the LTE function on my watch. It is asking for a QR code or activation code. Where do I get it? I contacted vodacom and they say because I am on a top-up contract I dont qualify for that function I need to upgrade my plan to a open line.. Is this true?
I think it is true, your service provider must activate the LTE functionality on your watch and that requires a seperate plan.
I have the 45mm version and i am so dissappointed that the Blood Oxygen function does not work in SA, typical from our Health Ministry to not sign all the required documents to enable Samsung to unlock this feature in SA.
I did however **bleep** the ECG function and get that working 😁😁
