I recently tried the Huawei Watch GT5 and was genuinely impressed by one feature in particular: arterial stiffness detection. It measures pulse wave velocity to estimate how flexible or stiff your arteries are. From what I understand, this type of data normally requires advanced medical tests like an MRI or echocardiogram.
A doctor once told me that arterial stiffness is one of the biggest hidden indicators of serious health risks. It's actually more important than some of the other wellness metrics available on most smartwatches. If this feature is accurate, it could be a game changer for early prevention.
Samsung has already done a great job with ECG, blood pressure, body composition, and sleep apnea detection. But adding arterial stiffness detection would take things to another level. It would offer users a deeper look at their heart health and help many people catch silent issues early.
Please consider adding this to future Galaxy Watch models. It's a powerful feature that I think many people would appreciate.
