Left bud 3 Pro won't charge and is at 2%. Right bud charges just fine.

My left Bud 3 Pro is almost dead and won't charge. I have tried all suggestes fixes on the Internet but nothing is helping. Please help!!!

Did you try resetting them in the case?

My advice would be to take the buds in under warranty and that should solve your problem.

Did they take a fall recently, if so it could be as a result of that, or it might be a faulty that has developed you might need to take them to a service centre

no, none of the buds have fallen recently. Both buds usually do this but the battery has never been this low.
