Galaxy watch 3 skin irritation

Hi, I have recently been experiencing skin irritation issues with my Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium. The irritation seems to go away if I don't use the watch for a week. However, as soon as I start using the watch again, the irritation is back by the end of the day.
